Performing Is Who We Are…
Whether a member of the NLID or CCAC, or recreational student, our first and foremost focus is to perform. Our mission is to share the Joy that we have, our love for the Lord, and our Love for dance with our community, and beyond. Many years ago the NLID decided to stop competing, and focus solely on performance, outreach, and impacting those who watch our shows. Although in recent years we have started competing again, even traveling and competing internationally, our goal hasn’t changed.
All students who attend classes at the studio have the opportunity to perform in our End of the Year Show, always an original story production. We do not believe in expensive, one time use costumes. Instead, costumes are provided by the studio and students are only required to provide the base costume/uniform (ie. tights, shoes, etc, ). All families are required to purchase a certain amount of tickets to help cover the production costs.
Over the past decade and a half, the NLID has touched tens of thousands with their love for Irish culture, their love for God, their love for dance, and their love to bring a smile to someones face. Whether dancing at a school, fundraiser, festival, theater, or handing out Christmas ornaments at a nursing home, We Are Here To Serve.
