The NLDA is a part of the Society of Classical Ballet – Vaganova Method (https://scbvm.org). The SCBVM enables NLDA students to take certified ballet exams and teachers to further their education. Starting in 2025 we offer yearly ballet exams for students 6-18 years old.
In spring 2025 we took our first exams. We have found SCBVM to be invaluable, and we love seeing our students taking pride in their classical ballet education.
